**Description**
- Assume the role of the legal expert responsible for ensuring the bank's compliance with ESG regulatory requirements (SFDR, Taxonomy, etc.). Take an active role in refining and developing the overall ESG strategy;
- Provide best-in-class, pragmatic, and proactive legal advice and regulatory support to the Sustainability team, as well as to specific departments and entities exposed to ESG legal requirements;
- Offer legal advice on a variety of topics impacting the organization;
- Ensure the proper implementation of ESG-related regulations and projects throughout the organization;
- Provide legal advice and regulatory support across various areas, with a particular focus on the Sustainability team;
- Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of the organization's ESG Strategy;
- Draft, review, and negotiate agreements and documentation related to ESG matters;
- Play a key role in organizational projects.
- Actively participate in legal and regulatory developments, including the launch of new products and services, in coordination with other departments (compliance, risk, product development, IT, etc.);
- Engage in external working groups (ABBL, etc.);
- Manage external legal counsel;
- Provide legal and regulatory support to the Legal Team Leader, Head of Legal, and team members on various matters.

**Profile**
- University degree in law from an EU member state, with a postgraduate degree being advantageous;
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a large financial institution or a law firm in Luxembourg;
- Demonstrated track record and experience in sustainable finance, including the implementation of SFDR;
- Strong knowledge of Luxembourg's banking, legal, and regulatory landscape;
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to balance attention to detail and a comprehensive view of key issues and priorities;
- Fluent in both English and French, mandatory;
- Team player;
- Excellent writing and communication skills;
- Strong interpersonal skills and self-motivation;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
