iNAV is an innovative Data & Analytics tool developed in house by the Financial Innovation and Technology team, iFIT, to provide specialized services in the areas of portfolio valuation and investment fund benchmarking.

Due to its success and rapid growth, iNAV services are now used globally within the KPMG network to provide clients with a broad range of analytical reports. As a Financial Product Analyst in the iFIT Business Team, you will be in a specialist role taking care not only of operational but also commercial activities.

**We are seeking a Business Analyst**

Be responsible for translating the Business need into a reality by assessing the processes, collecting the requirements, identifying the opportunities to optimize, translating all the requirements into either some process evolutions or technical requirements for the implementation team.

Be responsible for bridging the gap between IT and the Audit Business using data analytics to assess processes, determine requirements, deliver data-driven recommendations and reports to executives and stakeholders.

**What you will be working on**
- Collect needs and help stakeholders define their needs;
- Ensure the adequacy between the needed evolutions and the Business processes;
- Identify bottlenecks and propose innovative solutions to improve efficiency;
- Ensure the delivery of the requirement document;
- Ensure high quality of deliverables;
- Is part of the acceptance testing
- Support the Project Managers in the interactions with the internal and external stakeholders by preparing & participating to projects meetings
- Participate in strategic & tactical planning discussions
- Identify bottlenecks and propose innovative solutions to improve efficiency within the daily work of an auditor (audit planning; risk assessment; audit execution; completion).

**What we look for**
- Recent graduate or soon-to-be graduate with Master’s Degree in Computer Science Technology.
- An academic experience in the accounting, auditing and finance field is a plus.
- Work experience in the Computer Science Technology field is an asset.
- Technical IT skills (combination of workflow design or programming)
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of audit tools, procedures and related current issues is a plus
- Knowledge of accounting and auditing is a plus
