**_CTG PSF_**_ is an IT Services Company dedicated to various clients mainly in the financial sector._
- We are currently hiring an _**_ITIL Incident Manager (M/W)_**_ for _**_one of our customers._**
**Your missions**
- You will **lead the resolution of major incidents,** communicate on the progress of incidents and escalate critical incidents internally and to stakeholders,
- ** You are in charge of process and tool management and improvement**, including monitoring process performance via agreed KPIs and reporting regularly to stakeholders,
- You provide guidance and training to responsible stakeholders on how to meet the defined requirements from a process perspective,
- You present the results of your work and **ensure coordination and communication with the customers' IT teams.
**Your Profile
- You ideally have **3 years experience** in the field of IT process management and/or IT service management,
- You have **“ITIL Foundation” certification**. (Other certifications like “lifecycle” or “Capability” are welcome),
- You are team player with strong interpersonal skills,
- You are **fluent in French** and have a **good knowledge of English**.
