**Introduction**:
Our client, a **prestigious ManCo Certified AIFM** with over 20 years of industry experience, is seeking a talented and experienced **Financial Controller** to join their team. As a Financial Controller, you will have the opportunity to work with a stable and **well-established organization**. Your role will involve conducting financial and accounting data analysis, preparing annual and trimestral reports for the CEO, and managing a portfolio of Private Equity (PE) funds.

- Perform financial and accounting data analysis for a portfolio of PE funds on behalf of our client
- Prepare accurate and timely annual and trimestral reports for the CEO
- Conduct financial performance evaluations, identify trends, and provide actionable insights
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including the investment team and senior management of our client
- Provide strategic recommendations based on financial analysis
- Assist in the implementation of financial controls and processes for our client
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices
**Profile**:
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of **2 years of experience** as a Fund Auditor, Fund Accountant, or Reporting Officer
- Fluent in **English** (written and spoken); knowledge of French and German would be advantageous
- Solid understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and fund structures
- Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Proactive mindset and ability to work independently
