HI Partners is currently seeking a Head of Compliance to join a reputable financial structure in Luxembourg. As the Head of Compliance, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that the company operates in full compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures, conducting regular compliance audits, and providing guidance and training to the organization on compliance matters. In addition, you will work closely with senior management to establish a culture of compliance throughout the company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Conduct regular compliance audits and risk assessments to identify areas of non-compliance and recommend corrective actions.
- Provide guidance and training to employees on compliance-related matters.
- Work closely with senior management and cross-functional teams to establish a culture of compliance throughout the organization.
- Monitor changes in laws and regulations and update compliance policies and procedures as necessary.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including regulatory authorities and auditors.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments in compliance.
- Manage and mentor a team of compliance professionals.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in compliance management, preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Proficiency in both written and verbal communication in English and German is essential. Knowledge in French would be considered advantageous.
- Extensive knowledge and experience in compliance, anti-money laundering (AML)/counter terrorist financing (CTF), and regulatory affairs related to the Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive (AIFMD) and Undertakings for Collective Investment in Transferable Securities (UCITS).
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
- Professional certifications in compliance are highly desirable.
- Strong commitment to ethical conduct and promoting a culture of compliance.
