Description

As a **Team Manager**, you will be responsible for overseeing the sample collection service.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Manage the sample collection team (recruitment, onboarding, training, performance reviews, skill development, scheduling, etc.),
- Manage and participate in the department's and company's innovative projects (digitalization, etc.),
- Develop the service by promoting continuous improvement in quality and document updates,
- Ensure the organization and smooth operation of the department’s daily activities.

**Desired Profile**:

- Experienced manager,
- Project management skills,
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills,
- Strong writing skills,
- Proficiency in computer tools,
- Dynamic and proactive individual,
- Fluent in French; German, Luxembourgish, and English are a plus,
- A valid B driver's license is required.
