What will you be bringing to the team?
In this role, you should have a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills. More specifically:
- Booking of AP/AR invoices and financial statements
- Aging report review and cash collection
- Preparation of payments in the bank system
- Preparation of the monthly & quarterly BS accounts review
- Supporting VAT declaration forms, other tax payments, VIES declarations, etc.
- Contact person for vendors, clients and other internal or external collaborators
- Support the Financial Accountant on the GL accounting processes
**Requirements**:
What do you need to succeed in this position?
- Holding a bachelor degree in accounting or equivalent experience
- Holding at least a proven experience in accounting 3-5 years
- Having excellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel
- Able to use the SAP system confidently
- Detail oriented and proactive mentality
- Able to work both independently and within team
- Fluent in English with a good knowledge of French
- Eager to further develop your knowledge and skills
