**Description**
- Prepare and validate journal entries for the bank, asset management company, and their branches to accurately record financial transactions.
- Record suppliers’ invoices for the bank, asset management company, and branches. Ensure invoices are accurately processed and control related reports.
- Perform reconciliations for general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and consistency in financial records.
- Assist in the cash management process to optimize cash flow and liquidity for the organization.
- Assist in preparing monthly and annual tax-related reports for the bank, asset management company, and branches to ensure compliance with tax regulations.
- Assist in financial audits and the preparation of financial statements to present a true and fair view of the organization's financial position.
- Prepare financial and risk reports, as well as ad hoc reports, to provide insights into the financial health and risk profile of the organization.
- Respond to surveys from regulatory and tax authorities to ensure compliance with reporting requirements.
**Profile**
- Fluency in English (written and verbal), French, and additional languages as an advantage - Strong language skills are essential for effective communication in a multi-lingual environment.
- Knowledge of IFRS/Lux GAAP, tax, and VAT accounting rules - Understanding of international accounting standards and tax regulations is crucial for compliance.
- Very good knowledge of MS Office - Proficiency in using MS Office tools is necessary for data analysis and reporting.
- Proactive with problem-solving and analytical mindset - Ability to proactively identify and resolve accounting issues with a critical and analytical approach.
