Im Rahmen ihres Wachstums verstärkt der **Hauptsitz** sein HR-Team und sucht einen **Junior HR & Payroll Officer (m/w)**, der/die **Vielseitigkeit im Personalwesen** mit der **vollständigen Lohn
- und Gehaltsabrechnung** verbinden möchte - innerhalb eines **freundlichen und erfahrenen Teams** von drei leidenschaftlichen Fachkräften.

**Junior Payroll Officer - Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Schrittweise Mitarbeit an der **Lohn
- und Gehaltsabrechnung für über 300 Mitarbeiter**;
- **Administrative Unterstützung** bei der Erstellung von Arbeitsverträgen, Onboarding
- und Offboarding-Prozessen sowie der Verwaltung von Abwesenheitsbescheinigungen usw.;
- **Mitarbeit an der Organisation von Schulungen, Compensation & Benefits**;
- **Unterstützung von Managern und Mitarbeitern** in HR- und arbeitsrechtlichen Angelegenheiten.

**Junior Payroll Officer**:

- Ihr Profil**:

- Erste **erfolgreiche Berufserfahrung (mind. 1 Jahr)** im Personalwesen oder in der Lohnbuchhaltung in Luxemburg, idealerweise in einem ähnlichen Umfeld (z. B. Bauwesen, Logistik);
- **Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Französisch und Deutsch** (Luxemburgisch ist von Vorteil);
- **Strukturierte, zuverlässige und proaktive Arbeitsweise**, kombiniert mit Einfühlungsvermögen und lösungsorientiertem Denken.
