**Accountant 3 Years exp. - Fund Accounting, Small Team**

A modern and digitalized PFS located in Strassen in currently seeking an Accountant, with the final objective to manage a portfolio from A to Z in collaboration with the other accountants of the company.

The PFS has been present in Luxembourg for a few years, but the Director of the company has been in contact with his clients for a dozen years now. Indeed, he is often travelling to meet them during meetings, and these clients are commercial companies, Soparfi and holdings and investment funds.

The team is composed of less than 10 people and you will work with the head of accounting, who is a very understanding person and who wants you to feel good and confident in your work.

Thanks to its modernity, the company is able to offer a lot of flexibility to its employees. For example, it is normal in this company to work from home on a regular basis, or to leave the office earlier if you have a medical appointment or to take care of your children

**Your Responsibilities **|** Accountancy - Fiduciary - Luxembourg**
- You are in charge of the **accounting entries** for your clients.
- You prepare **VAT and tax returns** for a portfolio composed of financial companies and a few **commercial** companies. You will have investment **funds, soparfi, holdings, and PERE** structures in your portfolio.
- You establish **annual accounts** for the clients of your portfolio. You finalize these in due time and are able to explain them to your clients.
- You always inform your **binome** about the progress of your work and communicate efficiently together. In the same way, you help him if he needs advice from you.
- You are in **direct contact with your clients** and you call them when you need information or if you have questions about their files.

**Profile and Career Path **|** NAV calculation - Reporting - Accounting**
- If you have experience as a **Fund Accountant** this would be a plus for this fiduciary. Indeed, if you are able to prepare the **NAV** for a portfolio composed of funds, this would represent an advantage.
- If you have worked in a **Bank** during your career, in the accounting or domiciliation department, this would also be an advantage for this company.
- You have **at** **least 2 or 3 years** of experience in accounting in Luxembourg. You are autonomous in the management of your portfolio. If you need help for some tasks, this PFS will accompany you.
- You are fluent in **English** to daily communicate with your colleagues and your clients.
- One of your best qualities is that you are a **well-organized **person : it is very important for you to work efficiently and to stay focused to keep your concentration at its maximum. Thanks to that, you are able to respect deadlines for your clients.
- You obtained a **degree** in accounting or in tax during your studies.
