**Manager Accounting - Strassen, Small PFS with Free Parking
We are proud to present you our partner, a PFS located in **Strassen** in Luxembourg. The most important element for this structure is to keep a healthy and long term relationship with its clients, by offering them the best possible service they can. As a Manager Accounting, you have the opportunity to handle a varied client portfolio (e.g. small commercial companies, securitization vehicles, funds and financial companies), while also managing your team and actively participating in the development of the PFS by working closely with the Partner.

The PFS is easily reachable because, in addition to being near a train station, you will also have the chance to reach the company by car. Indeed, it is quite accessible from most Luxembourgish and cross-border highways. Moreover, you will be part of a dynamic team that is happy to welcome a new member to the team with open arms. Everyone here gets along well because the **communication is open** and honest at all times.

Working in this fast, yet naturally, growing structure will allow you to develop your skills in a human-sized team of less than 10 people. You will always be able to count on the highly experienced Partner of the PFS to teach you new skills, but more especially, you will be at the head of the accounting department

**Your Responsibilities **|** Manager Accounting - PFS - Accountant - Fiduciary**
- You are responsible for your own diverse client portfolio from A to Z of (commercial companies, funds, Soparfi/Holdings, securitization vehicles). This will allow you to never feel bored nor stagnate in your function.
- You lead the accounting department in **close collaboration with the Partner** of the PFS and another manager, and you will be an integral part in the development of the team.
- Less experienced accountants can count on you to supervise and coach them, in order for them to evolve in their autonomy and skills.
- You will be the key point of contact for your clients, and you will answer their queries to ensure a long term relationship with them.

**Profile and Career Path **|** Manager Accounting - PFS - Accountant - Fiduciary**
- You have **6 years** of experience or more as an accountant in a financial service provider (PFS, Fiduciary, Big 4) in Luxembourg. Thanks to prior experience, you are 100% autonomous in all accounting tasks for your clients.
- You are fluent in **English**, in order to communicate easily with your international clients and colleagues. Indeed, you will join an English speaking environment and multicultural team.
- You are well organized, and you are able to help and supervise a small team of accountants that still have an important learning curve.
- You are proactive and serious and thanks to this, the Partner of the PFS is able to count on you at all times and to take over the lead when necessary.
