BI FDS PROJECT MANAGER - (M/F) (JOB NUMBER: AFS000800) - The Securities Services business of BNP Paribas is one of Europe's leading providers of custody services for securities._ - The Luxembourg branch plays a major part in its operations, offering clients high value-added services extending from custody to securities lending, fund administration, performance measurement and ratings, and bond issuance services._ - In order to strengthen its existing team, _**_Fund Dealing Services_**_, Luxembourg is recruiting for its FDS BI Team a:_ **FDS BI Project Manager (M/F)** **Permanent contract** **Working environment & Role**: BNP Paribas - Luxembourg Branch - Securities Services business offers a full range of services based on four key business lines on which Fund Dealing Services. **Your mission**: - To be responsible for the Fund Dealing Services (FDS) activity onboarding for client projects allocated to you, these may include new client launches, new client migration in, fund merger, fund liquidation, insurance policy activity and other events. - Organise or participate in regular project conference calls/meetings with clients and external/internal stakeholders to the project. - Carry out a detailed gap analysis of client requirements to design the operating model in line with BP2S FDS target operating model, explore solutions with business change management team for any deviation to the operating model. - Develop a close working and structured relationship with the FDS teams to ensure operational set ups and flows are in place and correct for a seamless transition to ‘business as usual’ mode, ensuring mitigation of any underlying risk. - Lead and coordinate the migration of assets (mutual and hedge fund positions) relating to the client event where applicable (in the case of a migration in/out) - Ensure the ‘client event pipeline’ is regularly updated with quality information regarding upcoming implementation projects not only in terms of monitoring and control of the project but also in terms of internal distribution and visibility of this pipeline for information and action. - Organise or participate in regular project conference calls/meetings with clients and counterparties - Ensure a structured and regular communication and monitoring of client event projects. - From a new client on-boarding or new client event perspective, manage the business Operating Memorandum and other operational documentation with clients. - Actively participate in the continuous improvement of the on-boarding process by proposing concrete and pragmatic solutions and leading, as necessary, Post Implementation Reviews. **Advantages of the position**: By joining this team, you will have the opportunity to discover all the aspects of the Fund Dealing Services domain in an international environment. **Your profile** **Education**: Academic / Post Graduate degree **Professional Experience**: - In depth technical FDS Business knowledge **Transversal Skills**: - Excellent client facing skills - Team Player - Excellent communication skills - Excellent organization/project management skills - Result driven and Analytical skills **Language Skills**: Fluent in English and French (written and spoken), plus any other language would be considered and advantage **Technical Skills**: Pack office tools **Primary Location**: Luxembourg **Job Type**: Standard / Permanent **Job**: OPERATIONAL EFFICIENCY TRANSFORMATION AND BUSINESS ANALYSIS **Education Level***: Master Degree or equivalent (> 4 years) **Experience Level***: At least 5 years **Schedule**: Full-time
