**Project Manager**

**Tasks**

As the Project Manager, you'll serve as the main point of contact for both our customers and your team regarding Microsoft Business Applications projects (including Dynamics 365, Power Platform, data & AI, and Power BI). Your primary duties will include:

- You will coordinate internal resources and external resources for the flawless execution of projects by developing spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs
- You will be developing multiple detailed project plan to monitor and track progress which in turn will ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Managing changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
- You will have to meet budgetary objectives and adjust to project constraints based on financial analysis
- You will be developing comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members
- You will use and continually develop leadership skills through attending conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency

**Qualifications**
- At least 4 years experience working as a Project Manager
- Completed a Bachelor's or Master's Degree
- Previous client-facing experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills both internally and externally
- Can present solid organisational skills including attention to detail and multitasking
- Having obtained proven working experience in project management (Waterfall and Agile) & Sure Step methodology is a plus
- Fluent in both English and French
