- Guide project activities and review deliverables
- Participate in functional and technical working groups and progress meetings
- Estimate costs, timescales and resource requirements for the successful completion of each project to agreed terms of reference.
- Prepare and maintain project and quality plans and tracks activities against the plan, provide regular and accurate reports
- Monitor costs, timescales and resources used, and take action where these deviate from agreed tolerances. Ensure that delivered systems are implemented within these criteria
- Manage the change control procedure gaining agreement for revisions to the project from project sponsors
- Give presentations
- System management

**Requirements**:

- Project Management certification will be an advantage
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Project Management
- Strong technical skills and thorough understanding in digital solutions or a related technical field
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills combining the project management role with the business skills required for a project requirement gathering
- Previous hands-on experience with reporting software like BO, Power BI or BPM software like Aris is an advantage
- Advance user most of the office automation software and with a willingness to learn, proactively mediate between the business and IT, challenge the status quo and propose and implement improvements.
- Knowledge of Outlook, Ares, Word, Adobe Acrobat etc.; previous usage of SharePoint, Jira, Confluence, e-Request is a definite advantage
- Good knowledge of English (Level B2 - Common European Framework of Reference for Languages)
- Working knowledge of French necessary for effectively interacting with all stakeholders
- Interest in semantic technology is highly desirable, as one of the projects to be managed will cover this field. Previous knowledge is not necessary, but willingness to learn is mandatory.
