**WHAT WILL YOU DO?**

Our activities are rapidly growing and we are looking to strengthen our team with an Internal Finance & Control Officer. You will become a supporting element in the local operations, contributing to the day-to-day accounting and internal finance activities.

Your responsibilities will include the following:

- Support Account Managers with the invoicing process;
- Update and reconciliation of the Debtors balances;
- Bookkeeping: bank statements, trade payables, trade receivables;
- Month end, quarter and year end closing activities for assigned entities (accruals, prepayments, inter-company reconciliation);
- Preparation of the management reports;
- Group Reporting;
- Support the tax declaration process (VAT, CIT, etc);
- Preparation of annual financial statements;
- Support the Internal Finance & Control Team with any additional ad hoc requirements and all requested information by set deadlines;
- Managing of the audit process
- Continuously drive for improvement in quality and efficiency in new processes and systems to enhance the workflow of the department.

**HOW DO YOU FIT INTO THE TEAM?**

As a Internal Finance & Control Officer, you need to manage ad-hoc activities next to your daily work. In this position, you need to prioritize what is important, have a hands-on and independent work mentality and be able to deal with stress. A highly accurate and detail oriented view is required, you know what you are capable of, possess good multitasking skills and you are not afraid of asking questions.

Other relevant qualifications for this profile:

- Bachelor’s /Master’s degree in Accounting or Business Economics or an equivalent;
- 3+ years of relevant accounting and/or finance experience;
- Fluent in English (both orally and in writing).
- Knowledge of accounting principles (Lux GAAP/ IFRS);
- Demonstrate ability to innovate and optimize workflows and processes;
- Advanced MS Excel experience with the ability to navigate large data sets.
