POSTE
Senior Internal Auditor
**Responsibilities**:
- Participate in the execution of the internal audit plan, conducting audits covering underwriting, claims, finance, operational, regulatory, and strategic areas, with an emphasis on European operations.
- Provide support to the financial controls testing team as needed.
- Establish audit objectives, scopes, and test plans, execute procedures, discuss findings with senior management, and draft audit reports.
- Formulate actionable recommendations to enhance operations, controls, and overall business management.
- Communicate audit observations, internal control deficiencies, and recommendations, including to senior management.
- Prepare clear and concise audit reports, including audit observations.
- Collaborate with internal audit team members in other offices for group-wide audits as required.
- Build strong relationships with business and operational units and contribute to strengthening the organization's internal control environment.
- Monitor and follow up on the status of internal audit observations through regular interaction with the business.
- Participate in data analytics initiatives within the department in collaboration with business leaders for continuous monitoring.
PROFIL
Seeking a Senior Internal Auditor with insurance or reinsurance audit expertise, adept at leading reviews and teams, with strong communication skills.
