Flex Living is on a mission to transform the rental sector globally. We believe that renting a home should be as easy as buying an item from Amazon. Giving tenants the option to easily rent anywhere in the world and giving landlords simple, hassle-free property management without excessive management fees. We are building a small and dynamic team of A-Players, who are committed to growth and ready to scale Flex Living to a global powerhouse in its sector. **Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- ** Client Acquisition & Retention**:

- Proactively identify potential clients and companies who require flexible accommodation solutions.
- Understand clients' needs, including the purpose of their visit, and present tailored accommodation options.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with repeat clients and ensure their long-term loyalty.
- ** Partnership Development**:

- Identify and engage with organizations whose employees, consultants, or associates regularly travel.
- Build partnerships with these organizations to establish Flex Living as their go-to accommodation provider.
- Collaborate with organizations to create customized housing packages or solutions that fit their unique requirements.
- ** Property Bookings & Support**:

- Assist companies and individuals in booking properties, ensuring a seamless and professional experience.
- Act as a liaison between clients and the operations team to ensure their needs are met.
- ** Reporting & Feedback**:

- Track sales metrics and provide regular reports to management.
- Gather feedback from clients to improve services and identify areas for growth.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- A self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus.
- Passion for creating exceptional client experiences.
