The internal communication specialist on our industrial sites is focused on the employees working on the shopfloor and on the administrative staff of our 3 industrial sites of Belval, Differdange and Rodange. He/she ensures a top-down and bottom-up flow of information: Health & Safety topics, appointments, new projects, cascading process on Earnings Release, messages from the management of LPL, etc. He/she is responsible for ensuring the deployment of the internal communication policy and for coordinating the activities of all those involved. In other words, he/she helps to support change and promote the company's image and values internally.

**His/her main tasks consist in**:

- defining the communication strategy at site level, aligned with managerial priorities;
- choosing the right communication tools to communicate to the different internal targets (shopfloor, middle management, administrative staff, etc)
- designing the editorial line for visual and audiovisual communication media;
- ensuring top-down (from management to employees), bottom-up (from employees to management) or horizontal (among employees, for example) communication at site level and across the 3 LPL sites;
- organising internal events such as open days, Family Day, etc;
- monitoring and evaluating the communication actions implemented;
- updating the dashboards;
- validating announcements to employees;
- fueling the Internal Communications Manager of ArcelorMittal Luxembourg with topics for the quarterly in-house magazine issued at country level

His/her tasks are coordinated with the Communication department of ArcelorMittal Luxembourg.

**Education**: Master in communication

**Skills and Specifications**:

- Excellent writing skills, but also oral skills, not forgetting the mastery of IT tools and NICTS.
- Strong interest in working closely with teams on the shop floor
- Good interpersonal skills and be able to listen, be diplomatic and persuasive.
- highly organised, cultured, available and good knowledge of the company's culture and the sector of activity.
- Ability to work in a team is essential,
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Collaborate with other departments

**Work experience requirements **:First experience in communication is mandatory

**Languages **:French and English fluent, other languages appreciated
