Internal Communication Intern

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and creative intern to join our Internal Communication team. This role offers hands-on experience in crafting engaging content, supporting internal campaigns, and contributing to initiatives that strengthen employee engagement and organisational culture.

Your responsibilities:

  • Assist in drafting and editing internal communication materials (emails, newsletters, intranet posts, presentations).
  • Support the planning and execution of internal campaigns and events.
  • Help maintain and update content on internal communication channels (intranet, Teams, Yammer, etc.).
  • Monitor engagement metrics and prepare reports on communication effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with different departments to gather information and ensure consistent messaging.
  • Contribute creative ideas to enhance employee engagement and improve communication strategies.

Your profile;

  • You are currently pursuing a degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field.
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French, any other language is an asset;
  • Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with digital communication tools especially Canva.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks.
  • Creative mindset and willingness to learn.
