We are looking for a Communication Specialist with a Fixed Term Contract for 1 year to start in February 2026, based in our IHQ in Schengen, Luxembourg.

WHAT ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Writing press releases and answer media enquiries
  • Participate in press and public relation campaigns and events in Luxembourg and other countries we operate in
  • Execute global PR strategies, reputation and reputation campaigns, and manage relationship with media companies in the Benelux region
  • Identify, pursue, and secure promising media opportunities and manage media lists and contact databases
  • Actively support the execution of our international public relations strategy
    Engage with marketing department to ensure that PR campaigns align with strategic goals, growth plans, and new-business opportunities

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS:

  • A Bachelor's or master's degree either in communications, journalism, public relations, marketing or similar
  • 2–4 years of experience in public relations or corporate communications
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to establish and maintain positive interpersonal relations
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel on occasional events
  • You have excellent knowledge of English both written and spoken. French and/or German are an advantage.
    Good understanding of market and trends in food supplements and cosmetics is considered an asset
