**YOUR ROLE**
Your role will focus on release and change management.
- Drafting and Documenting Processes: Design, write, and document ITSM processes to ensure clarity, compliance with best practices, and alignment with organizational needs.
- CMDB Management: Implement, maintain, and optimize the Configuration Management Database to ensure accurate visibility of configuration items and their relationships.
- Change Management: Oversee and coordinate change requests to ensure that changes are evaluated, approved, and implemented in a controlled manner.
- Release Management: Plan and manage the deployment of new software and system versions, minimizing their impact on operations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and propose solutions to elevate service management standards.
- Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to implement best practices and optimize services.
- Manage the lifecycle of incidents and service requests, ensuring effective communication with users and support teams.
- Produce reports on service performance, incidents, changes, and deployments to support strategic decision-making.
**YOUR PROFILE**
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, or a related field.
- Significant experience in IT service management with expertise in release and change management.
- Proficiency with **Omnitracker** is required.
- Knowledge on XLRelease desired.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow (SNOW) is an advantage.
- Proven experience in drafting, documenting, and improving ITSM processes.
- ITIL certification is desired.
- Strong problem-solving and project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in **English and French**.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
