**Job description**:
We are looking for a** Head of Workplace Services** speaking **french & english**.

**Your main responsibilities**:

- Ensure smooth operations and delivery of Workplace related services within the group
- ⁠Define and lead the roadmap in the relevant scope, including vendors’ roadmap
- ⁠Ensure the transformation and assist in implementing the cloud and AI roadmap
- ⁠Be the point of contact for a community of ambassadors, with strong link to our Service Desk
- ⁠Assist the service desk to end-users and VIP in terms of prioritization and process improvement

**Job requirements**:
**Your profile**:

- You have at least 10 years of experience in a similar position
- Fluent in **french **and **english**
- You are recognized as a senior leader profile with an ability to be C-level facing, with a track record of team leading and project / services delivery
- You are result-driven and used to work with ambitious but reachable targets
- Soft Skills:
