Incoming-shipping Agent

For our department _Technics_** **within **LuxairAirlines**, we are looking for a (an):
**_Incoming-Shipping Agent (M/F/x)_**

**_Main duties:_**
- Organise/perform the pick-up of aircraft parts/shipments from the different delivery points
- Organise/perform the delivery of aircraft parts/shipments to the different pick up points
- Secure the proper handling of aircraft components and spares during the incoming process according to current legal and internal regulations in force
- Inspect and follow-up all incoming material for obvious damage according to current legal and internal regulations in force
- Secure the proper packing of aircraft components, parts and materials for the shipping process according to legal and internal regulations in force
- Report every anomaly or improvement regarding the department to the Coordinator Stores/ or his delegate and the Head of Supply Chain Management & Logistics
- Maintain the incoming/shipping area neat, clean and in good order

**_Required profile:_**

**Minimum required criteria**
- Provide a “DAP” with technical background or equivalent
- Knowledge of French is mandatory, English desired, any other language is considered as asset
- Have strong organizational skills
- Be capable of working independently as well as in a team
- Maintain the strict confidentiality of the data
- Be comfortable with some manual tasks (lifting/moving boxes & parts)
- Accept to work on shift pattern (POT)

**Desired or to be acquired criteria**
- Refer to the training table
- Show user skills in the software used in Technics
- Have a proven experience in similar function
