CTG IT Solutions is an IT Services Company. We are currently hiring a Business Analyst, to join our team in Luxembourg.
Your Missions
You contribute to a full understanding of the problem, and ensure that as the project progresses, the benefits are well realized
You conduct thorough stakeholder and system analysis to ensure that all impacted parties are considered
You facilitate collaborative requirements sessions with large and diverse groups to drive requirements discovery, analysis, and review
You provide holistic solution options, focusing on client experience, ensuring the design and development meet the business and user needs
You are responsible for assessing the organizational change impact to people, processes, and systems, and supporting the integration of these changes into the business landscape
**Profile**:
You have at least 5 years of relevant professional experience
You have at least a Master's degree in computer science or Business
You are fluent in French and English
You have a strong financial Industry experience as a business analyst, possessing both technical/business acumen and fluency
You are solid, mature, and have consultative business analysis skills with the ability to move fluidly across regulatory and new customer experience projects in a matrixed environment
You handle documentation, change management, elicitation, support
You have experience with using and deploying Agile and Waterfall methodologies / core principles
Having CBAP, other IIBA certifications, or tangential CSM or CPO certifications is highly desirable
