**The main responsibilities will include**:
**Administrative Tasks**:

- Handling incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring smooth and efficient communication.
- Managing office supply orders to maintain a functional work environment.
- Thorough preparation of audit documentation, ensuring compliance with current regulatory standards.

**AML Control**:

- Conducting rigorous checks related to Anti Money Laundering (AML) to ensure the security and integrity of financial operations.
- Working closely with internal teams to implement and maintain procedures compliant with AML regulations.

**Accounting Tasks**:

- Entering accounting data into the company's financial system, ensuring accuracy and consistency of information.
- Preparing client invoices and tracking payments to ensure effective account management.

**Board Meeting Management**:

- Regular updating of circulars and relevant documents for board meetings.
- Conducting Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures to ensure regulatory compliance during interactions with external stakeholders.
- ** Mastery of Italian**: Proficiency in Italian is imperative to ensure smooth communication with our international clients and partners.
- ** Good knowledge of French and English**: A strong command of French is essential for understanding circulars issued by the CSSF, while English proficiency is necessary for minute-taking and internal communication within the company.
- ** Advanced knowledge in Accounting and AML**: Thorough expertise in accounting and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) is essential to meet the requirements of the position.
- ** Professional Experience**:A minimum of 2 to 3 years of professional experience is required, preferably with previous experience combining responsibilities in both accounting and AML. Experience in both domains, even separately at different times, would be a valuable asset.
