My client is a human-size fiduciary part of an international group with locations in the UK, Dubai, Monaco, and more. They offer various services (accounting, legal, etc.) for companies (SA, SARL...) and fund companies.

I am looking for a Corporate Officer to join the legal team in Luxembourg City, working closely with the Head of Legal and Daily Manager.

This position offers a dynamic and diverse work environment where you can contribute to the entire company life cycle and work alongside experienced professionals.

**Responsibilities**:
Draft, review, and finalize corporate legal documents;
Prepare contracts, agreements, and reports;
Organize board meetings and draft board minutes and resolutions;
Liaise with authorities, notaries, lawyers, and banks;
Assist in the incorporation of new companies and partnerships;
Provide corporate secretarial services to our Luxembourg-based clients;
Support compliance procedures;
Ensure proper filing with the Luxembourg Trade and Companies Register;
Prepare statutory forms with the CSSF;
Maintain statutory registers;
Act as clients' primary point of contact on legal and administrative matters;
Assist clients with general aspects of company legislation.

**Minimum qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in law or a certification in law;
**2-3 years of relevant experience**: previous experience as a paralegal, legal assistant, or corporate office r in a service provider, law firm, or Big 4 in Luxembourg;
Proficiency in English;
Previous professional experience in Luxembourg is required.

**Preferred qualifications**:
Fluent in French is a strong asse t, and Italian is a plus;
Excellent communication skills;
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
