**Your Responsibilities**|** Finance - Compliance - Fiduciary - Regulatory - AML - KYC**
- ** Collect, review, and analyze** KYC documentation for new and existing clients, ensuring compliance with internal policies and Luxembourg regulations.
- ** Conduct** due diligence checks, including risk assessments and background investigations on corporate structures.
- ** Monitor** and maintain up-to-date client records and ensure proper archiving documentation.
- ** Draft** and update AML/KYC procedures and assist with the implementation of compliance frameworks across departments.
- ** Liaise** with clients, notaries, lawyers, and internal teams to ensure proper onboarding and continuous compliance follow-up.
- Assist with **internal audits**, regulator requests, and contribute to regular compliance reporting and reviews.
- ** Follow** **up** regulatory developments (CSSF, EU Directives, etc.) and assist with training and awareness programs for internal teams.

- You have at least **2 years** of experience as an AML/KYC Officer in Luxembourg within a similar environment such as a fiduciary or PFS, allowing you to integrate smoothly into your new role.
- You are fluent in **English**, enabling clear and effective communication with both clients and colleagues. German is considered a strong asset.
- You are known for being **organized** and **detail-oriented**, qualities that are essential to succeed in this position.
- You are comfortable working with **Soparfis and SPVs**, which is necessary to effectively manage your future portfolio.
