**Job Type(s)**:CDD contract**Location(s)**:Luxembourg**Company Name**:infeurope S.A.infeurope is looking for an **Archivist/Records Manager Senior Consultant** for one of his client based in Luxembourg.
- **MISSION**
You will control physical and electronic workflows, inventory and file plan, assess the client’s records and ensure their accessibility, as well as provide support to end users.
- **PROFILE**
Minimum a University Degree in Records Management (BAC+5).
- **PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE**
Strong experience in using the standards and principles of archiving and records management;
Significant experience in the development of Records Management tools (related to taxonomy, i.e. classification plan, management table, metadata management, etc.);
Experience in reorganization, decommissioning projects would be a plus;
Familiar with OpenText Content Server: Practical experience with OpenText Content Server would be an advantage;
Familiar with business processes;
Using archiving and document management standards practices (ISO 15489 or equivalent) and related procedures;
Using the following standard software tools: Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe.
- **Linguistic skills**
Fluent in French or English and a sufficient command of the other to be able to work in both languages interchangeably; Knowledge of any other EU language is welcome.
