**Job description**:
On behalf of a large European administration based in Luxembourg, we are looking for experienced Record managers/archivist consultants.

**Qualification**:

- Master's degree in information, archives or document management

**Professional experience**:

- Experience required in record, information or document management in a ministerial/public information service
- In the use of document management systems for identification, recording, filing, storage retention, preservation and preservation of documents in paper and electronic form
- In the use of standard practices and procedures for archiving and document management (ISO 15489)
- In the use of the following standard software tools : Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe
- Helpdesk assistance will be provided to users to ensure effective use and understanding of the document management systems and practices.

**Language skills**:

- Knowledge of French and English (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages, level B2)
