**Your area of work**:
In a very challenging environment, we are looking for a dynamic and proactive Project Management Officer to support our Project & Release Management Unit in the coordination of strategic IT projects for our Clearstream Services S.A. entity.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Responsible for overall coordination, status reporting and stability of project oriented work efforts.
- Responsible for assembling project plans and teamwork assignments, directing and monitoring work efforts on a daily basis, identifying resource needs, performing quality review; and escalating functional, quality, timeline issues appropriately.
- Responsible for tracking key project milestones and adjusting project plans and/or resources to meet the needs of customers.
- Coordinating communication with all areas of the enterprise that impact the scope, budget, risk and resources of the work effort being managed.
- Accountable for projects with business impact and is responsible for planning and managing the process of implementing changes while taking business readiness levels into account.
- Accountable for the progress and delivery of a project from the commencement of Initiation to the end of the Closure phase.

**Your profile**:

- University degree or equivalent with 2/3 years of proven track record in a similar role
- Extensive knowledge and expertise in the use of project management methodologies and tools, resource management practices and change management techniques
- Manage one or more cross-functional projects of medium to high complexity
- Ability to analyze and take quick decisions
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work on several tasks simultaneously, meet deadlines and report issues/delays
- Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
- Fluency in English
