Pour l’un de nos clients, une compagnie d’assurances située à Luxembourg-Ville, nous recherchons un Project Manager Risques IT et Cybersécurité.
**Description de la mission**
- Être responsable de la bonne exécution des projets conformément à la gouvernance mise en place chez notre client
- Assurer la continuité de l’activité et les modes de décision durant toute la phase d’évolution et/ou de migration technique et d’intégration ;
- Faire le lien avec les différents intervenants
- Accompagner la mise en oeuvre et le suivi des phases des projets ;
- Proposer une organisation projet, validée par le management ;
- A l’aide de l’outil Clarity, piloter le budget, le planning et le périmètre ;
- Organiser les workshops, la collecte des besoins métiers, le suivi de la réalisation et de la validation des livrables ;
- Organiser et animer les Comités de Projet et de Pilotage et en assurer le reporting.
**Description de l’environnement technique et/ou fonctionnel de la mission**
- Logiciel(s): Pack Office, Clarity/Workbench, QlikView, JIRA.
**Résultats attendus**
- Produire les supports et les comptes-rendus des comités de pilotage et de projet et autres comités techniques ;
- Produire les KPI du projet ;
- Produire le planning du projet tenant compte des différentes contraintes techniques, fonctionnelles, de ressources et budgétaires ;
- Accompagner le changement dans les équipes Métiers.
**Prérequis / Eléments indispensables convenus**
- Métiers : Assurance
- Normes & Processus : Connaissance des normes Cyber (Matrice NIST) ;
- Techniques : Connaissance technique des concepts cybersécurité : Cryptographie (Chiffrement Databases - TDE avec KMS) ; Authentification forte / multifacteurs (Cyberark, Citrix, RSA) ;
- Linguistiques : Français (C1) / Anglais (B2) ;
- Autres : Autonomie, capacité à travailler en équipe, coordonner et challenger les acteurs du projet, force de proposition.
