Rôles et missions

  • Gestion et supervision de projets depuis la phase de conception jusqu'à la mise en œuvre.
  • Analyse des besoins, définition des objectifs, structuration du projet, du péri-mètre et des délais.
  • Planification des ressources, y compris l'attribution des équipes et la gestion du budget.
  • Gestion des risques et contrôle pour assurer que les projets sont terminés en temps et en heure et dans les limites du budget avec le meilleur ROI.
  • Rapports réguliers aux parties prenantes et à la direction.
  • Identification, documentation et analyse des besoins.
  • Développement et réalisation avec les parties prenantes et les parties tierces et soutien dans le choix, la mise en œuvre et l'adaptation des solutions logicielles.
  • Élaboration de propositions de solutions et d'optimisation et création de docu-ments de spécifications.
  • Garantie que les solutions répondent aux besoins des clients internes et maximi-sent la valeur pour l'entreprise.
  • Application des principes Lean pour optimiser les
  • Amélioration continue des flux de travail pour augmenter l'efficacité et la qua-lité.
  • Formation et encadrement des membres de l'équipe et des parties prenantes dans les méthodes Lean.
  • Introduction d'indicateurs clés de performance (KPI) pour mesurer, surveiller et challenger les performances des processus.

Compétences techniques

  • Diplôme de licence ou de master dans un domaine pertinent, tel que la gestion de projet ou la gestion Lean.
  • Expérience avérée dans la gestion de projet et la gestion de projet.

Compétences sociales

  • Excellentes compétences en communication et en leadership.
  • Capacité d'analyse pour identifier les problèmes et élaborer des solutions.
  • Orientation vers le travail d'équipe et capacité à travailler avec diverses parties prenantes.
