Your mission:

Are you passionate about process optimization, digital innovation, and leveraging AI to drive business transformation? Join Proximus Luxembourg as a Process, Digitalization & AI Advisor and play a key role in enhancing our operational efficiency and delivering value to both internal users and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and implement continuous improvement initiatives as part of our Transformation & Excellence program.
• Act as a business analyst by gathering functional requirements related to tools and process performance from various departments.
• Analyze current processes (AS-IS), identify areas for improvement, and design target processes (TO-BE) for digitalization and streamlining using IT solutions.
• Contribute to the responsible introduction and adoption of Generative AI technologies to enhance internal process efficiency and team productivity.
• Simplify and improve operational workflows to boost service quality and efficiency.
• Define and execute operational excellence action plans to improve process and tool performance.
• Participate in the rollout of innovative digital solutions, including Generative AI tools, to automate and optimize internal activities.
• Support teams through change management and ensure sustainable results.
• Coordinate transformation projects and action plans as a Project Manager.
• Clearly and impactfully present outcomes and recommendations.
• Facilitate structured and effective deployment of company strategy.
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) over time.

Your profile:

• Education: Master's degree (Bac +5) or equivalent.
• Experience: 5 to 7 years in process improvement, digital transformation, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (PMP, Prince2, Agile) and process optimization frameworks (Lean, etc.).
• Proficiency in project management tracking tools (e.g., Microsoft Project).
• General understanding of IT and a keen interest in emerging technologies, especially Generative AI, and their application to process improvement.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset, attention to detail, autonomy, and strong team spirit.
• Fluency in both French and English, written and spoken.
