, nous recherchons un
Service Delivery Manager - Security
.

Votre rôle : piloter la qualité, la conformité et la performance des services de sécurité délivrés aux clients tout en favorisant l'amélioration continue des processus.

Vos Principales Missions

  • Être le point de contact principal entre les clients et les équipes internes sur les sujets de sécurité.
  • Collaborer avec le SOC Manager, les Project Managers et les équipes techniques pour garantir la cohérence des services.
  • Définir, suivre et optimiser les KPI de sécurité et assurer la qualité des livrables.
  • Consolider les reportings périodiques et présenter les résultats aux clients.
  • Gérer et coordonner les demandes liées à la sécurité au sein des équipes internes.
  • Participer à la mise en œuvre et à la conformité des contrôles de sécurité selon les standards internationaux (ISO/IEC 27000, NIST, FIPS).
  • Collecter les feedbacks clients et améliorer en continu les procédures opérationnelles.

PROFIL RECHERCHÉ
Compétences Et Expériences

  • Diplôme universitaire en sécurité informatique, réseaux ou ingénierie IT (Master souhaité).
  • Expérience de 3 à 5 ans en cybersécurité, IT security management ou services managés.
  • Bonne connaissance des infrastructures de sécurité matérielles et logicielles.
  • Maîtrise des référentiels : ISO/IEC 27000, NIST, FIPS.
  • Certifications appréciées :
  • ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Implementer
  • ISO/IEC 27005 Risk Manager
  • ITILv3, CISSP, CISA, CISM, CRISC
  • Parfaite maîtrise du français et de l'anglais (écrit et oral).

  • Orientation client et qualité de service.
  • Esprit d'analyse, rigueur et sens du détail.
  • Capacité à travailler en autonomie et à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément.
