GS Advisory accompagne l'un des acteurs bancaires majeurs du Luxembourg dans le déploiement du module GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) de ServiceNow.
Dans ce cadre, nous recherchons un Product Owner expérimenté pour piloter la valeur métier, assurer la cohérence entre les équipes Risk, Compliance et Audit, et garantir la réussite du projet.
Objectif de la missionAssurer la bonne gestion du backlog GRC et la livraison de solutions alignées avec les enjeux de conformité, gestion des risques et audit interne, dans un cadre Agile SAFe.
Vos responsabilitésDéfinir, affiner et prioriser le backlog ServiceNow GRC.
Représenter la voix des métiers (Risk, Compliance, Audit).
Participer aux PI Plannings et aux cérémonies SAFe.
Valider la conformité fonctionnelle et réglementaire des livrables.
Contribuer à la roadmap stratégique GRC et à l'amélioration continue.
Profil recherché8+ ans d'expérience en tant que Product Owner, idéalement dans la banque ou l'assurance.
Bonne compréhension des domaines Risk Management, Compliance et Audit.
Certification SAFe Product Owner / Product Manager (POPM) obligatoire.
Pratique du Design Thinking et maîtrise d'outils tels que ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, Miro/Mural.
Français et anglais professionnels requis.
