TMC Luxembourg is looking for a ServiceNow Developer (M/F) for one of its clients.

We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer to strengthen a team undergoing a digital transformation. You will work on strategic projects aimed at optimizing and automating service management through the ServiceNow platform.

Your role will involve designing, developing, and improving existing solutions, while supporting the implementation of new modules and portals. You will collaborate closely with technical and business teams to ensure the coherence, quality, and performance of deployed solutions.

Main activities include:

• Implementation and configuration of CSM (Customer Service Management) modules and CMDB;
• Management and evolution of three existing service portals;
• Improvement of interservice collaboration through optimized use of the platform;
• Designing and developing workflows and integrations to automate business processes;
• Support and ongoing maintenance of ServiceNow applications.

• You have proven experience (minimum 5 years) in development on the ServiceNow platform;
• You are proficient in the main ITSM, CSM, and CMDB modules;
• You have a solid understanding of workflows, scripts (Client, Server, UI, Business Rules), and integrations (API, IntegrationHub, etc.);
• You are capable of working independently while effectively collaborating with business and technical teams;
• You are rigorous, proactive, and solution-oriented, with a strong sense of quality and service;
• A ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is a plus;
• Proficiency in French and English is required.
