Get ready to step into the vibrant world of Real Estate Following continued growth and increasing client demands, the Capital Markets department of CBRE Luxembourg is looking for a motivated intern Investment Analyst who can assist the team in their daily tasks. As an intern within the Capital Markets team, you would assist both international and local investors in their investment activities of commercial real estate in Luxembourg. You would join a team of 15 professionals that has been market leader for 5 years in a row. This position consists of a 6-months paid internship.

What's in it for you?

  • Understand the dynamics of the commercial real estate market and its main stakeholders
  • Analyze research reports of the different asset classes and provide critical insight on market assumptions
  • Support the preparation of strategic service proposals
  • Undertake investment and development project feasibilities
  • Responsible for investment analysis, cash flow modeling and deal structure advice based on in-house market knowledge and in-depth economic research
  • Prepare marketing collateral including investment memoranda
  • Follow-up of commercial real estate investment transactions including setup and management of a complete data room and coordination of the due diligence process
  • Prepare detailed purchase and sales reports
  • Contribute to the innovation and digitalization of the CBRE Capital Markets processes

  • You are finishing or you have a master's degree in economics/ finance
  • You have the ambition to contribute to the market leadership of the company
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English
  • You combine strong analytical skills with a "hands-on" and entrepreneurial attitude
  • You are fast learning, a team player with good presentation skills and attention to detail
  • You can follow-up several projects in parallel and prioritize your work to meet the deadlines
