Senior Officer - Advisory & Accounting (Chartered accountant profile) (m/f)

You will have the opportunity to thrive in a friendly corporate environment. Our prestigious international client base will allow you to challenge your skills with a well-diversified range of tasks and technically demanding assignments covering accounting, legal as well as tax aspects.

You will join a young and dynamic team with the following tasks:

• Manage accounting, tax and legal aspects of a portfolio of Luxembourg holding, real estate and private equity companies including:
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Preparation of corporate income tax and VAT returns,
• Assistance to clients in implementing specific transactions (liquidations, mergers, deals, incorporations, loan agreements) including drafting legal documentation,
• Organizing and attending board meetings including drafting minutes,
• Ensuring that the companies are up-to-date with their accounting, tax and legal obligations (filings, payments),
• Handle the day-to-day management of companies;
• Be in direct contact with the clients and third parties (auditors, banks, notaries, service providers);
• Advise clients regarding corporate, tax and VAT issues;
• Liaise with our corporate, tax and VAT compliance departments to develop client-tailored solutions.

Your profile:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Degree in economics, accounting or finance, preferably with a strong focus on accounting;
• Good knowledge of Luxembourg tax and accounting matters;
• Analytical mind with strong sense of providing high-quality output;
• Excellent interpersonal skills and client-oriented approach;
• Effective time management and organisational skills;
• Fluency in French and English, with good knowledge of German or Luxembourgish could be considered as an asset.
