Requirements: Previous experience as an Office or Administrative Assistant + fluency in English and French (Spanish is a plus) + strong MS Office skills + strong organizational and communication abilitiesThe Team You Will JoinAs Office Assistant you will join a growing team. The person will report directly to the CFO.Main Responsibilities:
- Provide Administrative support to the Luxembourg office and to the Senior Members of the team.
- Liaise with facility management vendors.
- General Office Support including management of stock of office supplies, filing, archiving, courier arrangements.
- Supporting Management in planning of regular and Board of Directors' meetings.
- Management of corporate tasks such as circulation of documents, collection of signatures, organization of the board meetings.
- Maintenance of legal folders, filing of documentation.
- Administering the on-boarding of new staff.
- Supporting Treasury team in daily activities such as preparing payments.
- Temporary contract.
- Competitive compensation package.
- Have at least 1 year of experience as an Office Assistant or Administrative Assistant.
- Are fluent in English and French; Spanish is an advantage.
- Have strong proficiency in MS Office tools.
- Are highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
