Act as the primary contact for our Tax Partners and Managers, handle confidential queries while upholding the highest quality standards and meet deadlines.Collaborate closely with other Finance teams, particularly with the dedicated Finance Controller, and participate in coordinated actions.
Assist Partners with financial reporting tasks in line with monthly deadlines and firm proceduresManage invoicing and receivables processes.
Oversee procurement requests, from purchase requisition to invoice payment.
Maintain client and project reference listings effectively and proactively.
Your skills
Holds a University or Bachelor's degree in an administrative-related field, with 3 years of relevant experience in administrative roles.Possesses excellent social and customer-focused skills, maintaining a professional approach at all times.Demonstrates proactivity, exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, and delivers high-quality work.Excels in interpersonal skills, is service-minded with strong attention to detail, and works effectively in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines.Proficient in IT tools, including Excel, Outlook, and ideally SAP; comfortable working with figures and understanding financial concepts; fluent in English and French.Interested?
