We are looking for an experienced **Microsoft 365 Manager** to design, administer, and optimize a modern collaborative environment based on M365 technologies. You will be responsible for creating innovative business solutions, automating processes, and ensuring governance and security within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. Your role will also involve leading digital transformation projects, ensuring consistent usage, supporting users, and closely collaborating with technical, security, infrastructure, and business teams. You will act as a technical reference, ensuring the quality, compliance, and continuous evolution of M365 solutions.

• Design and customization of modern SharePoint sites (lists, libraries, web parts, taxonomy, modern search engine)
• Creation of business solutions via Power Automate and Power Apps, including integration, trigger management, data manipulation, and development of custom applications
• Advanced automation and administration of SharePoint using PowerShell (PnP, Microsoft Graph), including migration management
• Implementation and monitoring of M365 security, compliance, and governance policies (Purview, DLP, data lifecycle, supervision, Teams/SharePoint/OneDrive best practices)
• Application of DevOps practices, maintaining performance, stability, and consistency of deployed solutions
• Close collaboration with security, infrastructure, and operations teams
• Reporting, compliance tracking, and advanced technical support
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365: SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform, and secure administration
• Development and automation skills: Visual Studio, Power Platform, SPFx, PowerShell, .NET Core
• In-depth knowledge of M365 security: Entra ID, OAuth2, Purview, DLP
• Rigorous, autonomous, and client-oriented M365 project management
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, pedagogy, and ability to train users
• Capacity to write and maintain clear and structured documentation
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, and a degree equivalent to bac+2 or higher
• Microsoft certifications: considered an asset
• Analytical mindset, service orientation, and quality focus: ability to manage priorities in a multi-project environment
• Proficiency in French essential, Luxembourgish and German are assets
