As a Senior Microsoft Copilot Engineer, you will drive the adoption and integration of next-generation AI within our clients' digital workplaces. You will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation, designing scalable AI solutions that transform how people work.

What you will do:

• Shape the Solution: Analyze business needs, define Copilot use cases, and translate requirements into scalable AI solutions;
• Build the Intelligence: Design, configure, and manage Copilot Studio environments, including plugins, connectors, and AI agent orchestration;
• Connect the Ecosystem: Integrate Copilot with enterprise applications (Workday, ServiceNow, ADP, Salesforce, and custom LOB systems);
• Drive Success: Define success criteria, track KPIs, lead POCs, and provide recommendations for enterprise-wide adoption;
• Empower User: Deliver user onboarding, enablement, and training on Copilot for Microsoft 365 and custom-built copilots;
• Ensure Excellence: Provide ongoing technical support, troubleshooting, optimization, and continuous improvement for Copilot environments.

What we are looking for

Technical-skills:

• Copilot for Microsoft 365 (semantic search, grounding, extensibility models);
• Microsoft Copilot Studio (conversation design, plugins, connectors, orchestration);
• Business Analysis capabilities, use-case definition, and KPI mapping;
• Integration with enterprise platforms (Workday, ServiceNow, Salesforce, internal APIs);
• Data governance, security, and Responsible AI principles;
• API concepts (REST, JSON) and workflow automation using Microsoft Graph or Power Platform;
• French and English fluently.

Softskills: Strong communication | Analytical mindset | Workshop facilitation | Client & priority management

Nice-to-have:

• Certifications: Microsoft Certifications (e.g., AB-731, AB-730, PL-400, AB-100);
• Adoption: Background in enterprise change management or Copilot adoption programs.
