Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Technical Architect to serve as a senior technical advisor and thought leader for our internal IT clients. You will be responsible for defining the technical roadmap and overseeing the development of complex enterprise systems utilizing the Microsoft platform. This role requires deep expertise in Dynamics 365 (CRM/CE), the Power Platform, and emerging technologies like Azure and Generative AI. Your focus will be on ensuring technical solutions align with strategic business goals and drive exceptional client service delivery across Post IT's capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

A. Architecture & Delivery

  • Advise IT leadership on technology trends, architecture strategy, and implementation best practices for Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform.
  • Translate complex business requirements (in Sales, Customer Care, Marketing, Contact Center and Field Service) into robust, scalable technical solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem.
  • Manage and guide technical and functional delivery teams through the design, build, testing, and implementation lifecycle of enterprise applications.
  • Proactively identify, raise, and resolve technical and functional issues that pose a risk to project timeline, budget, or quality.
  • Participate actively in project estimating, planning, and delivery activities.

B. Eminence & Business Development

  • Lead the development of compelling technical topics and deliver internal seminars to promote increased visibility and generate awareness of our IT/AI solutions.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) during discussions with business and other entities, articulating our relevant technical experience and solution alternatives.
  • Develop and maintain lasting relationships with key decision-makers and client executives to understand their needs and identify new opportunities.

C. Talent Development

  • Mentor and actively develop junior staff within the Dynamics 365 and Power Platform practice, fostering the next generation of technical specialist leaders.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and provide leadership support, coaching, and performance management feedback to team members and direct reports.

Required Technical Qualifications

  • Proven technical architecture experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service).
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse) and its integration capabilities.
  • Experience designing solutions leveraging core Azure services (e.g., Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus, Azure API Management).
  • Familiarity with integrating modern technologies, including Generative AI models and Voice into the Dynamics 365 ecosystem.
  • Strong experience in project management and development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).

Required Professional Skills

  • Excellent presentation and client-facing communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated experience managing technical teams and driving quality delivery.
  • Ability to link technical solutions directly to business strategy and commercial outcomes.
  • Fluent in English & French.
