Mid-level Fund Associate - Your Role :

  • Advise and assist alternative investment funds (PE/RE, SOPARFI, Luxembourg structures) throughout their lifecycle. This allows you to strengthen your technical expertise while gaining a comprehensive view of the funds market.
  • Take part in the structuring, incorporation, liquidation, and daily management of funds. These diverse responsibilities ensure continuous learning and an engaging workload.
  • Handle general meetings, reporting, and coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders. This gives you direct exposure to impactful projects and enhances your project management skills.
  • Collaborate with international colleagues and work closely with high-profile clients. This boosts your professional visibility and expands your long-term network.

Mid-level Fund Associate - Your Profile:

  • 4-6 years of experience in a Luxembourg law firm, with a focus on investment funds (AIF, PE/RE).
  • Registered with the Luxembourg Bar Association (List I or II)
  • Stable career path and ambition to progress in a dynamic environment.
  • Fluency in French and English; German is an asset.
  • Ability to work autonomously while enjoying teamwork.
  • Proactive, ambitious, and solution-oriented mindset.
