Your Responsibilities | Attorney – Finance – Regulatory – Funds - Law

• You will be expected to assist clients in the asset management industry with legal and regulatory matters, providing them with clear and business-oriented solutions.
• It will be asking you to take part in drafting, reviewing, and improving regulatory documentation, while also benefiting from the firm's automated tools designed to ease daily tasks.
• You will have the opportunity to work closely with partners and colleagues on both legal and regulatory projects, gaining direct exposure to high-level matters.
• It will be required from you to contribute to the development of innovative approaches within the team, ensuring that the firm remains a trusted reference for asset managers.

Profile and Career Path | Attorney – Finance – Regulatory – Funds - Law

• You have at least 4 years of experience in a law firm or within the asset management industry in Luxembourg.
• You have solid knowledge of both AIFs and UCITS, as well as the related Luxembourg regulatory framework.
• You are fluent in English and French or English and German; any additional language will be considered an asset.
• You are familiar with digital tools and legal tech solutions, and you are open to innovation in your daily work.
• You demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide clear, practical advice to clients.
• You are proactive, organized, and capable of managing several matters simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.

• You will receive a salary of around 130,000 € gross per year, depending on your experience and background.
