Investment Funds Associate - Luxembourg 

Brief

We are currently looking for an investment funds lawyer, ideally multilingual English, German and French and with at least 3-5 years' experience, to join our investment funds team in Luxembourg.

Candidate Summary

The successful candidate will ideally be a 3-5+ PQE lawyer having trained in either a top tier Luxembourg firm or international firm and the individual will have an ambition to support the growth and development of our Luxembourg Investment Funds team, as part of a global offering. 
Candidates will have a strong academic background and an outgoing personality. Candidates must be technically excellent but equally important, commercially aware and enthusiastic about business development. They will also be a team player with excellent communication skills and a desire to be actively involved in business development.

As well as having the experience mentioned above, the candidate should be:

• You have minimum a Master 2 in Law.
• You have at least 3-5 years of experience in investment Funds in Luxembourg. 
• You have experience in Common law.
• You are qualified in Luxembourg bar.
• You are solution-oriented, conscientious and you provide a high-standard work.
• You have excellent communication, teamwork skills.
• You have a perfect knowledge of both oral and written in German, English and French.
• An outgoing personality, pro-activity and efficiency are qualities we value highly.

The Opportunity

• You will be in charge of advising clients on a variety of legal issues.
• You will manage and supervise Junior Associate.
• You will represent the Firm towards its clients and the Fund Industry associations,
• You will participate in the Fund Practice group and the knowledge sharing through the Firm.

• You will work closely with other departments (cross-practice) and offices (cross-border).
