OBJECTIFS/MISSION
Lancement et déballage des fabrications.
Maintient des machines dans leur état initiaux.
Palier à la continuité de la fabrication ( permanence - astreinte)
ACTIVITÉS LIÉES AU POSTE
- Suivi des tests et des dossiers de validations
- Dépannage de premier niveau
- Mise en œuvre des méthodes de fabrication
- Réalisation avec différents moyens de contrôles ( Scanner 3D, Granulométrie ....)
- Respect des règles en vigueur en matière de sécurité, environnement et règlement intérieur.
- Mise en place et suivi modes opératoires et de procédures liés au process de FA et son environnement
- Tenue d'astreintes pour la surveillance et le dépannage en fabrication additive.
Profil
COMPETENCES NECESSAIRES (Techniques, Comportementales, …)
- Connaissance des machines industrielles LASER et/ou des machines "Additive manufacturing" industriel
- Connaissance des logiciel machine
- Connaissance ou sensibilisé à des normes ISO
- Communication écrite et orale
- Rigueur
