For our office in Luxembourg, we are currently looking for a Senior Associate Legal.

The Senior Associate Legal holds a key role within the Luxembourg office of H2O Partners. This position is responsible for overseeing and organizing all legal matters related to the firm's clients, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and providing strategic legal support.

Senior Associate Legal
may also assume responsibility for managing junior legal professionals, contributing to team development and knowledge sharing.

More specifically, the tasks of the Senior Associate Legal
are:

• Maintaining the client companies under the supervision of the Luxembourg office in good legal standing;
• Drafting, reviewing and revising all types of legal documentation required, including but not limited to agreements, board resolution, shareholders resolution, articles of association and various others;
• Identify, analyse, and independently respond to legal and regulatory requests from clients and Luxembourg authorities, providing clear, accurate advice from a Luxembourg law perspective.
• Provide in-house legal counsel on a broad range of matters including corporate law, regulatory issues, and cross-border transactions.
• Pro-actively and independently coordinating transactions;
• Being responsible for the co-ordination, follow up and content of various meetings;
• Being the first point of contact concerning legal matters for colleagues, shareholders, clients and other relevant parties and advisors;
• Responsible for the maintenance and supervision of the quality of legal records and implementation of the firm's filing procedures and KYC/AML;
• Respecting all regulatory obligations; Ensure full compliance with Luxembourg company laws and EU regulations.
• Develop and implement internal policies, procedures, and legal templates to support business objectives.
• Providing a balanced planning and organization of work (quality and quantity)

The ideal candidate likes to connect detail with efficiency and has the skills and knowledge to work independently. He / she is supplementary to the other team members of the Luxembourg office, is not afraid to put forward his / her own opinion but is also capable of adjusting this opinion to the standards of (higher) management.

Required Qualifications / Skills:

University Degree (Bachelor's and/or Master's) in law or similar;

Between 4-7 years of relevant working experience, e.g. in (a combination of) international corporate law, trust or private equity;

In-depth knowledge of Luxembourg corporate, financial, and commercial law.

Fluent written and spoken English.

French and/or German is a strong asset.
