In this
Data Analyst role
, you'll leverage
Python
to extract, cleanse, transform and validate large datasets, build and maintain automated ETL pipelines, and write SQL queries to pull from relational databases. You'll develop Python scripts to automate reporting processes and create interactive dashboards to track key metrics. Partnering with Data Management, Compliance and Legal teams, you'll ensure data integrity, governance and regulatory adherence, while continuously identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and build reusable analytical tools.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's and/or Master degree in Data Science, Economics, Finance, Computer Science or a related quantitative field
• Strong Python skills (Pandas, NumPy, scripting for automation). AI expertise is a welcomed plus.
• Good working knowledge of SQL
• Expert command of MS Office -- advanced Excel (pivot tables), Word and PowerPoint
• Excellent analytical mindset, attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Proactive, adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Interact with clients and internal stakeholders to gather automation requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions
• Design, develop and maintain Python-based automation scripts and frameworks for data processing, ETL pipelines, report generation and system integrations
• Document code, workflows and runbooks; deliver training or handover materials so end users can leverage and maintain your solutions
• Research and adopt new Python libraries, automation frameworks (e.g., Airflow, Prefect) and DevOps tools (CI/CD, Docker) to advance our capabilities

Must Have

• Bachelor Degree or Higher
• Perfect fluency in English, good command of French or German as a strong advantage
• 0 to 2 years of experience in similar role or a related field of study
• Proficiency in Python
• Highly creative and autonomous, appetite to learn, great team player
• Valid work permit for Luxembourg

Nice to have

• SQL and AI proficiency is a strong advantage
• Experience with Microsoft Office Tools
• Experience with web frameworks (Django, streamlit, etc...)
• Understanding of the Investment Fund or Private Banking sectors dynamics and products
• Strong analytical skills
