Senior Relationship Manager – Northern Europe

Your next challenge:
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to acquire new clients, while taking ownership of expanding relationships with both existing and prospective clients.
- Accountable for acquiring new clients and driving business growth in key target segments (Sweden, Denmark, Poland or the Nertherlands) and markets, including entrepreneurial clients in Europe. Core focus areas also include External Asset Managers, Family Offices, and Multi-Family Offices.
- Close collaboration with an expanding network of Business Partners and Business Introducers to enhance market reach and client engagement.
- Identify and address client needs and preferences, offering suitable products and services.
- Ensure the accurate execution of client instructions to maintain a high level of service quality.
- Stay updated on developments in financial markets and ensure the bank's investment strategy is faithfully executed.
Your skills:
- Relevant degree of financial education and certifications.
- A background in Corporate banking/Corporate Finance, whether through education or practical experience, is considered an asset.
- Fluency in English is mandatory and in one of the following language : Danish, Swedish, Polish or Dutch
- Proven experience and expertise in Private Banking, Business development and relationship management.
- Strong network of mortgage brokers would be a strong advantage
- Strong knowledge of the products and services in Private Banking/Wealth Management
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build sustainable relationships.
- A high level of integrity and ethics.
- Proven negotiation skills.
- Growth mindset and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Display a strong client-centric and results-driven mindset.
- Possess a strong inclination towards teamwork and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders.
- Demonstrate a readiness and capability to undertake travel.
- Exhibit robust IT skills, with a preference for advanced proficiency in
Avaloq. BIL
